Exam Essay Topics - What Are UBE and EBE Essay Topics?The U.S. Education Bar Examination (EE) requires that the students who take the exam have a passing grade in at least one of the two types of Evidence Bar Exam Essay Topics (UBE and EBE). Both topics are based on the same criteria, but UBE has its own set of similarities and differences to EBE, so it is necessary to know the differences before choosing which one to focus on first.Students who already have a bachelor's degree in a related field or have a law degree will need to pass two exams: first is the U.S. District (U.S. D) exam, and second is the Federal (F) exam.
